Actors Ben Afleck and wife Jennifer Garner were seen leaving the Bel-Air hotel after lunch with daughters Violet Anne, 6, and Seraphina Rose Elizabeth, 3, on Saturday. A very pregnant looking Jennifer Garner – she really does look like she’s gonna ‘pop’ any day now- then took lanky-looking Violet Anne to ballet classes in Santa Monica, Ca.
Afleck is sporting an unusual full-beard – he’s usually extremely clean-cut – but worry not ladies, he’s not turning into a cave man! His upcoming role in Argo is to portray former CIA technical operations officer Antonio Mendez. Mendez was involved in the famous ‘Canadian caper’ mission in 1979 during the Iran Hostage Crisis. The Canadian government managed to smuggle 6 American diplomats out of Tehran by disguising them as being part of Canadian film crew of the CBC with passports provided by the Canadian government. Mendez worked closely with the Canadian government before going to Iran and actively participate in the rescue mission.
Afleck & Garner have been happily married since 2005, after meeting each other on the stage for Daredevil.
